I think this is an amazing piece. I like the way the blue stands out and I like the way the orange background compliments it. She looks very realistic. The way you stuck the beads and other pieces of metal really made it pop.

One thing I thought could be improved was adding more depth and shape to the areas that were blue. The hair and the suit looked flat to me. I think you needed more apparent sharp highlights and shadows to emphasise the shape of the clothes and the hair. The composition also struck me as a bit too narrow - I think it might have been nicer if there was more area around the girl.
